Career Pathways Scholarship

CAREER PATHWAYS SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for the Career Pathways Scholarship at GTC, academic students must
- be South Carolina residents

- have a high school diploma or GED on file with GTC 招生
- take six credit hours or more per semester
- have a current Free Application for Federal 学生 援助 (FAFSA) on file at GTC
- For 23F所有, 24Spring, 24Summer: Have a 23-24 FAFSA on file
- For 24F所有, 25Spring, 25Summer: Have a 24-25 FAFSA on file
- if an existing GTC student, maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher while enrolled in a credit program (does not apply to new students who have never had a previous academic record at GTC)
The following student types are 不合格的: career development, transient, dual enrollment/早期的大学 and international students.

For academic students, tuition and eligible fees can be covered by the Career Pathways Scholarship at GTC if a balance remains after the below aid has first applied:

For the 2024-25 academic year, this scholarship pays up to $5,000 a year (split over the f所有 and spring terms) for tuition, books and course-related materials. 最高2美元,500 will be awarded for F所有 Semester, 最多2美元,500 will be awarded for Spring Semester with award amounts as follows:
- $2,500 (full-time, 12+ credit hours)
- $2,000 (6-11 credit hours)

If you’re interested in one of GTC’s eligible non-credit programs, contact the program director for those areas. Non-credit programs do not require an 招生 application or completed FAFSA.
2024 Summer financial aid will begin applying to academic student accounts on June 17th.
